Ironically, I got my first taste of the startup world when I was finishing a masters degree in public administration, a field very much the opposite of venture capital. I helped my friend grow her mental-health startup, My Wellbeing. The hours were long, the work was challenging, and I was hooked.

For three years, I worked at Possible Finance, a fintech startup that provides credit-building loans and financial services for the underbanked. The team had less than ten members when I joined, and by three years later we grew to over 100. I served first as a program manager, then a product manager, and worked hard to delight customers and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

I have a breadth of experience I bring to my work: leadership experience as class president of my masters program and as an executive board member for a cooperative housing trust; program and product experience at multiple startups; and experience in data analysis working with the Seattle Department of Transportation.

I’m originally from Alaska but grew up in the Seattle area. In my free time, I enjoy travel, making art, and ultra marathons.
